Which shipping company do you use for deliveries?
We handle deliveries through UPS and FedEx.
What is your return policy?
1. Damaged Sign: If you receive a damaged sign, you may request a replacement free of charge within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged sign to initiate the replacement process.
2. Incorrect Customization: In the event that your sign arrives with incorrect customization due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace it with a corrected version at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the sign, providing details and photographs showcasing the error.
3. Personalized Sign Dislikes: As our signs are highly personalized and made to order, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on personal preferences or if you simply do not like the way the sign turned out. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Great question! We're pretty quick.
- Production Time: On average 3-5 working days
- Shipping Time: On average 2-3 working days
When you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation that we received it. Once we're done making it, we'll send you a tracking number so you can see where it's at. All custom signs usually arrive 5-9 working days from when you order it!
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Discover, Diners Club & Shop Pay.
What if my Personalized Metal Sign arrives damaged or with a mistake?
We take quality seriously, and we're here to make things right. In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged or if a mistake was made on our end, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions for exchanges, as your satisfaction is our top priority.
Where do you ship/sell to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the USA. We are thrilled to share that we will be expanding our shipping to include the EU vin the near future.
